90° Cross in feed system

The system is equipped with a forward/ backward moving in feed belt in order to create space for the first product to be taken away by the in feed chain without touching the second product. The in feed belt is placed under a 90 degrees angle in order to bring the products from long side leading between the pusher pins of the in feed chain with short side leading. The combination of the belt movement and the angle makes it ideal for irregular and fragile products.
The electronic feeding system is used to feed crosswise the products, arriving from the distribution stations or other source, on the in feed conveyor of the wrapping machine.: The system is either mechanically or electronically connected at 90° with the in feed conveyor of the wrapping machine while the transfer of the single products can be direct or through an overhead transfer chain with lugs. The pressure less accumulation guarantees a smooth transfer of the products without friction.
