Our firm completes its offer with several feeding systems: a wide range of fast and easy-to-operate feeders, aligners, deviators and distribution systems is available to be applied to every our machine.
They are adaptable to different applications, such as pralines, tablets, snacks, cookies, bread, dairy, frozen, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
The Self Adjusting Retractable Deviating Arm provides to collect the products from the main conveyor belt.
It automatically adjusts its lenght according to the speed of the wrapping machine, in order to optimise the machine feeding.
In case the wrapping machine stops, the Self Adjusting Retractable Deviating Arm withdraws from the conveyor belt, thus interrupting to feed products to the machine.

• Belt material FDA approved Poly-Urethane (white);

Options

• Size check devices can also be fitted with a pneumatic rejection unit at the end of the belt section.
• The vertical belts can be replaced by fixed, sawtooth shaped deviator bars.
