Streamers
Streamer is a laning system for flat base products, which are placed orderly or randomly on a loading belt. Horizontal belts with different speeds and motorized and/or static chicanes orientate the products. The system feeds all kinds of wrappers with products orientated lengthwise. The system can be used as a manual or automatic feeding unit. This is a highly reliable feeding/distribution system designed to handle confectionery products most commonly shaped chocolate, round, square or rectangular.

Special features
- Belt material FDA approved Poly-Urethane (white);
- All product contact surfaces are executed in stainless steel; ;
- Stainless steel crumb trays at every belt transfer of the system
- A drive drum with an “anti-slip” coating.
- Removing the belts is extremely easy and no tools at all are required, as it simply involves releasing the pressure of the pneumatic tensioning rods.
- Standard transfer roller diameter is: 11 mm (outer diameter).
Options
- Size check devices can also be fitted with a pneumatic rejection unit at the end of the belt section.
- Alignment system for products arriving in bulk
- The vertical belts can be replaced by fixed, saw tooth shaped deviator bars.
- An electrical cabinet containing all the equipment commands/controls.
