High-Speed Horizontal Wrappers
For the packaging of food and non-food items in pillow packs of various sizes.
The model is a horizontal high speed wrapping machine for confectionery products such as deposited or enrobed chocolate bars, coated wafers, biscuits, cereal and similar bar shaped products in fin-seal (pillow pack).
The high speed version of this series is equipped with an electronically controlled feeding system consisting of an accumulation, a phasing and a feeding conveyor for a synchronized transfer of the products, which then are delivered to the segments of the cam chain.
Specific products which require a pressure-less transport due to their shape or consistency can be synchronized and conveyed with very little or no pressure by a system of feeding conveyors.
Three pairs of sealing rollers for the longitudinal seam and a cross sealing unit guarantee an absolutely tight pack.
The machine is provided with four servo drives for in feed chain, wrapping material feed, as well as longitudinal and cross sealing units, and with automatic splicer to change wrapping material reels without stopping the machine.
The model is suitable to wrap individual products or multi-packs.
